The intensity of inhibiting acetylcholinesterase activity is 570 times that of butyrylcholinesterase, and Donepezil Hydrochloride has higher selectivity. Oral administration of 10 mg/kg can inhibit cholinesterase in the brain, and there is a dose-effect relationship.
