Acyclovir is a synthetic purine nucleoside analogue. It is mainly used for various infections caused by herpes simplex virus, and can be used for the primary or recurrent skin, mucous membrane, external genitalia infection and HSV infection in patients with immune deficiency. The incidence rate and mortality rate of HSV drugs are better than those of Ara. It can also be used for herpes zoster, EB virus, and immune deficiency complicated with varicella and other infections. Topical use only for skin, acyclovir skin absorption is less.
