Construction content and scale: The project is divided into phase I and phase II, covering a total area of 157,200 square meters and a total construction area of 33,300 square meters.
Main construction scale and content
The product of the first phase of the project is 350,000 tons/year styrene, and the by-product is 5,300 tons/year toluene. Construct ethylbenzene production equipment, styrene production equipment, PSA hydrogen production equipment, supporting public works and auxiliary systems (all equipment is purchased in-house, no import).
The product of the second phase of the project is 350,000 tons/year of young hydrocarbon cracking to produce ethylbenzene (this product is a raw material for the first phase of production), and the by-products are 43,400 tons/year of propylene, 0.06 million tons/year of propylene, 18,200 tons /Year mixed C4, 23,000 tons/year pyrolysis gasoline, 5,500 tons/year toluene, 6,300 tons/year hydrogen, 0.095 million tons/year residual oil, and 3,400 tons/year tar. Construction of hydrocarbon cracking unit, ethylbenzene production unit, styrene production unit, PSA hydrogen production unit, supporting public works and auxiliary systems (all equipment purchased in-house, no import).
It is reported that the first phase of the project has a total investment of 2 billion, making it the largest styrene project in Anhui Province. After it is completed and put into production, it can produce 350,000 tons of styrene and 35,000 tons of C5+ separation products annually, and realize annual sales income of 4.226 billion yuan.
In recent years, my country's styrene market equipment has been intensively put into construction. According to statistics, the planned new production capacity will reach 8 million tons from 2020 to 2021.
Therefore, domestic styrene may begin to face a more severe test in 2021. With the reduction of foreign maintenance losses, the large release of domestic production capacity and the insufficient follow-up of new downstream demand, the domestic styrene supply pattern is extremely obvious.
