Jiahua Energy stated that according to the company’s development plan, in order to further improve the company’s circular economy and increase resource recycling, the company plans to invest in the construction of a 300,000 tons/year dichloroethane and vinyl chloride project, which can consume the company’s chlor-alkali production After the project is put into production, the chlorine generated in the project can realize the balanced development of the company's chlor-alkali, further exert the advantages of circular economy, reduce production costs, and improve the company's profitability.
The 300,000 tons/year dichloroethane and vinyl chloride project and the 300,000 tons/year functional polymer material project were originally expected to have a construction period of 24 months. However, due to the impact of the new crown epidemic, the supporting suppliers of the project are especially foreign suppliers. Commercial logistics was blocked, resulting in delays in the delivery of related equipment and materials, which delayed the progress of the project. At present, the above two projects have been put into production recently, and the products have begun to be sold to the market.
