II. Closed management requirements

2. Vehicles are not allowed to park on main roads such as waterways of the new material science and technology park, south aromatic road, chemical avenue and branch roads of the chemical park along the Yangtze river. Vehicles are not allowed to overspeed, exceed the limit and overload.
3. The enterprises of the new material science and technology park shall publicize the work of the employees and vehicles on and off duty, timely remind the employees, upstream and downstream suppliers and related units of the new material science and technology park to go through the passage procedures in the bayonade brigade, and drive according to the road signs, so as to avoid inconvenience caused in production and work.
4. All enterprises of the new material science and technology park must strengthen the safety management of hazardous chemical transport vehicles entering the factory, reasonably arrange the loading and unloading time of vehicles, regulate the parking position of vehicles in the factory, strengthen the inspection of the road in front of the factory, and report to the bayonade team of the new material science and technology park in time when hazardous chemical transport vehicles stop.
