Xinjiang Zotye Coal Coking utilizes the 600,000 tons/year coking project, 1.3 million tons/year coking project of Baicheng County Zotye Coal Coking Company and the coke oven gas of Fengfeng Coal Coking Co., Ltd. through iron-molybdenum hydrogenation catalyst and zinc oxide dry process Desulfurization, pure oxygen conversion, synthesis gas compression, low-pressure methanol synthesis and rectification processes produce 200,000 tons of refined methanol per year.
It is understood that the lifting test consists of three aspects, one is the water tank injection test, the second is the tightness test of the gas tank, and the third is the rapid lifting test of the tower section. In order to ensure the success of the test, the company worked with the general contractor and the construction company China State Construction Corporation to study and determine the lifting test plan, taking every process and every step seriously to ensure that safety and quality are double-checked. Every time the gas tank rises to a certain height, the staff must check the uniformity to ensure that there is no jamming or derailment during the lifting of the guide wheel guide rails, and communicate with the construction technicians in time to ensure that there is nothing wrong. In the end, all indicators of the gas tank met the requirements, and the lifting test was successfully completed.
The coke oven gas holder successfully passed the rapid lifting test, which is also a crucial step for the subsequent introduction of coke oven gas and boiler ignition.
The trial operation and commissioning of the 200,000-ton/year methanol project of Zotye Coal Coking is another fruitful result of Baicheng County’s acceleration of the formation of a “coal-coke-gas” integrated circular chemical industry. The park with an output value of 10 billion yuan has injected new impetus and vitality.
Zotye Coal Coking is the first coal chemical company in Baicheng County, Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang to use coke oven gas to produce methanol. The 200,000 tons/year coke oven gas to methanol project is a 1.3 million tons/year coking project and a 600,000 tons/year coking project. The supporting project uses the procedures of fine desulfurization, conversion, synthesis gas compression, methanol synthesis and methanol distillation to convert the remaining coke oven gas from coking into methanol. After the project is completed and put into production, it can consume 432 million cubic meters of coke oven surplus gas, effectively use 250 million cubic meters of hydrogen resources, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 39,500 tons. Fundamentally solve the environmental pollution caused by coke oven gas venting. At the same time, the annual output value of the project can reach 395 million yuan, with profits and taxes of 130 million yuan, which can provide jobs for more than 200 people, promote local economic development and economic restructuring, and achieve both environmental protection and economic benefits.
The 1.3 million tons/year coking project of Zotye Coal Coking is equipped with the first 6.25m tamping coke oven in Xinjiang. It adopts imported integrated tamping machine, supporting equipment for coal system, dry quenching facilities, coke treatment system, and gas purification facilities. , Public and auxiliary facilities, the project investment is 1.695 billion yuan, and the coke will be officially put into operation on June 1, 2019.
