10 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum device heating furnace successfully ignited
At 4:28 pm on May 30, the first ever-long lamp ignited by Zhongke Refining & Chemical's 10 million tons/year atmospheric decompression device was put into the heating furnace, and the heating furnace was successfully ignited. At 5 o'clock in the afternoon, a total of 56 burners of atmospheric pressure furnace and reduced pressure furnace were ignited, and the constant temperature oven was heated according to the oven curve.
1.5 million tons/year kerosene hydrogenation unit heating furnace fired successfully
At 5:15 pm on May 30, fuel gas was successfully introduced into the 1.5 million ton/year kerosene hydrogenation unit. At 5:28, the first long lamp of the kerosene hydrogenation device was successfully ignited and entered the heating furnace baking stage.
The four lines of the power system are fully connected
At 9:20 in the morning, the 220 kV construction A and B lines were powered up, and the entire dispatch was ordered by the power dispatching center of the Zhanjiang Power Supply Bureau. In order to ensure that the power transmission work is foolproof, the electric instrument center prepares carefully, refines the division of personnel, and organizes the operation personnel to carry out the start-up plan in advance. The system team fully evaluates the risks of the power transmission process and formulates effective preventive measures to ensure that the start-up is fully controllable.
After 9 hours of continuous struggle, at 5:53 pm on May 30th, the 220kV Gongzhong A and B lines of Zhongke Station received power for one time. So far, the four-circuit external power supply line of Zhongke Station has realized all the normal power receiving and commissioning.
The temporary opening of the terminal was officially approved
With the great attention of the provincial and municipal governments, and with the strong support and full cooperation of the inspection units at the Guangdong port, the temporary opening of Sinopec’s self-use wharf was officially approved for 6 months on May 26, marking the success of Zhongke Port. Put into use. The great opportunity for the international oil price to be relatively low has provided a material guarantee for the start of the plant to reduce costs.
Guangdong's refining and chemical structure may change dramatically
Sinopec Refining & Chemical is the largest refining and chemical project under construction of Sinopec Corp., and also a key construction project of the 13th Five-Year Plan of Guangdong Province. The total investment of the first phase of the project is more than 40 billion yuan to build 10 million tons/year of oil refining and 800,000 tons/year of ethylene. 250,000 tons of EO; 400,000 tons of MEG; 50,000 tons of ethanolamine; 350,000 tons of high-density polyethylene; 100,000 tons of EVA.
