According to process design requirements, the alkylation unit mainly uses DuPont’s patented reactor, which has the characteristics of small temperature gradient and few side reactions, which can reduce the corrosion of equipment; the waste acid regeneration unit mainly adopts the waste sulfuric acid cracking regeneration technology of the Nanhua Group Research Institute, which can treat alkyl The waste sulfuric acid produced by the chemical unit produces 99.2% concentrated sulfuric acid for alkylation recycling. The exhaust gas emission meets the special emission limit of air pollutants and can meet environmental protection requirements.
