Recently, Yanneng Group’s Zichang Chemical and Shaangu Group signed a contract for the supply and marketing of materials for the thermal power center of the Zichang Chemical’s 1 million tons/year coal washing polygeneration cycle comprehensive utilization demonstration project. According to reports, the project uses Zichang China Coal as the basic raw material to cooperate with Yan'an University and has obtained internationally leading scientific and technological achievements in the field of caking coal pyrolysis. At the same time, it uses advanced core technology to produce Fischer-Tropsch waxes, environmentally friendly solvents, C2-C4 products, which can be used in inks, coatings, hot solvents, food and cosmetics and other fields. The products have excellent "no sulfur, no nitrogen, no aromatics, Colorless, odorless and non-toxic" characteristics, with the development of new technologies, the application field continues to expand, filling the gap in this field in China. The project covers an area of 690 mu with a total investment of 3.1 billion yuan. The construction scale and main construction content include the combined production of 400,000 tons/year of washed coal with medium and low temperature pyrolysis, 300,000 tons/year of biomass clean coal, 700,000 tons/year of washed coal with coal gasification combined production of 150,000 tons/year of cobalt The main structures of Fischer-Tropsch wax include pyrolysis, air separation, gasification, cobalt-based Fischer-Tropsch synthesis equipment and raw material storage and transportation, sewage treatment, product storage, fire stations, substations, etc.
