SYH2043 is an innovative oral small molecule CDK2/4/6 inhibitor with independent intellectual property rights. Preclinical efficacy studies have shown that the product has a good antitumor effect on a variety of solid tumors, especially in primary and acquired CDK4/6 inhibitor resistant breast cancer. Preclinical pharmacokinetics and safety evaluation also showed that the product had good pharmacokinetics and controllable safety.
