At the meeting, the Park Committee of the China Petrochemical Federation and 40 chemical parks in three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta issued the "Primary and Pilot Initiative for the High-Quality Development of Chemical Parks in the Yangtze River Delta".
The proposal proposes that the Yangtze River Delta region has a strong petrochemical industry foundation, has formed a relatively complete upstream, middle and downstream industrial chain, has strong innovation capabilities, and has the foundation for cultivating a world-class high-quality green chemical industry cluster. In order to further promote the development of the Yangtze River Delta's chemical industry in a green and low-carbon cycle and promote the creation of a high-quality development demonstration zone for the Yangtze River Delta Chemical Park, in the future, the chemical parks in the region should: take the regional coordination as the goal and take the lead in forming a national chemical park industrial chain coordinated development demonstration ; Taking industrial upgrading as the core, take the lead in forming a highland for building innovation capabilities in national chemical parks; taking the lead in green and low-carbon, taking the lead in forming a low-carbon development demonstration zone for national chemical parks; taking the lead in intelligent construction as a means to form a professional and efficient national chemical park Demonstration model for chemical management; taking the initiative to create a "high-quality development demonstration project for the Yangtze River Delta Chemical Park", the first to form a world-class petrochemical industry cluster.
