Draft on behalf of the requirements, actively explore the establishment of a characteristic, professional chemical park development road. Encourage natural gas, phosphorus, sulfur, titanium, salt halide, lithium potassium and other resource advantage areas, the development of basic chemical resources; We will support areas with insufficient environmental capacity and actively develop specialized, refined and specialty chemical parks for low-pollution electronic chemicals and fine chemicals. Support non-chemical projects in the production environment, such as biomedicine, electronic information, new materials and other non-chemical projects involving chemical processes, and gather and develop in non-chemical parks on the premise of meeting the requirements of environmental protection access and emission standards.
1. Encourage accelerated development of demonstration parks.
The industrial upgrading projects, public supporting services and infrastructure construction of demonstration parks should be enhanced to ensure land security. No new chemical enterprises may be set up in the obsolete industrial parks. Existing chemical enterprises shall be closed down or relocated, and shall quit the chemical industry within a time limit.
