On May 12, Jingrui issued an announcement stating that all of the 90,000-ton-a-year electronic grade sulfuric acid project phase I technological transformation project invested and constructed by the company's holding subsidiary Jiangsu Yangheng Chemical Co., Ltd. has been completed, the commissioning is completed, and the operation is stable. The completion of this project means that China has the largest domestic semiconductor-grade electronic sulfuric acid base at the international level, and it has solved the domestic substitution of the three high-purity reagent materials with the largest consumption of integrated circuits. The company will become one of the few material companies in the world that can simultaneously supply G5 grade high-purity sulfuric acid, G5 grade high-purity hydrogen peroxide, and G5 grade high-purity ammonia. According to reports, the project is implemented in phases. The designed annual production capacity of the first-phase construction project is 30,000 tons, with a total investment of 187,421,300 yuan.
