Drug scope
It is applicable to a small amount of drugs that are urgently needed in overseas clinical markets without registration and listing in China, without production by enterprises or unable to resume production in a short period of time. Among them, a small number of drugs urgently needed in clinic are drugs that meet one of the following conditions:
（1） Drugs used to treat rare diseases;
（2） Drugs used to prevent and treat life-threatening diseases without effective treatment or prevention;
（3） Drugs with obvious clinical advantages for the prevention and treatment of life-threatening diseases.
