Hebei Province has recently issued a list of key construction projects in 2021. Many of the chemical projects will be started, continued and completed. The projects cover coking, chemical additives, titanium dioxide, new materials and other fields.
It is understood that in 2021, Hebei Province will arrange a total of 682 key projects with a total investment of 118.965 billion yuan and an estimated annual investment of 281.06 billion yuan. Among them, there are 252 newly started projects, 318 continued projects, and 112 completed and put into production projects, covering many fields such as strategic emerging industries and industrial chain modernization.
In the chemical industry, the newly launched strategic emerging industry projects include the Hebei Huahuan Chemical Equipment Manufacturing Relocation and Upgrading Project, the Phase III Project of the New Material Industrial Park of the 718th Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry, Nippon New Materials and Environmental Protection Materials Project, Qinhuangdao Beit Chemical's 100,000 tons/year special chemical additives project, Tangshan Kangda Chemical New Material Adhesive New Material Project, etc.; newly started industrial chain modernization projects include Hebei Xinxing Energy Technology Coking Project, Hebei Huiyu Chemical Vulcanization Accelerator MBT (M) and other series of product production projects, Cangzhou Nuoerxin 160,000 tons/year methyl chloride project, Xinbao Tangshan 40,000 tons/year polyphenylene ether project, etc.
In the chemical industry, the continued strategic emerging industry projects include Interlive Oil & Gas Technology Hebei Oil Drilling Equipment R&D and Manufacturing Project, Hebei Jicheng 160,000 tons/year chlorination titanium dioxide project, Hebei Sinochem Fuding Chemical Technology 2000 tons/year 1,3-cyclohexanedione polymer new material projects, etc.; the continued industrial chain modernization projects include Tangshan Tianshun 2.48 million tons/year steel coke integrated coking relocation project, and Bohai Dongfang Chemical Acrylate Integration Project , Hebei Kemai New Rubber Material Project, etc.
In addition, the chemical projects to be completed and put into production in Hebei in 2021 include Tangshan Sanfu's 15,000-ton/year silane coupling agent intermediate project and Cangzhou Dahua polycarbonate project.
