Usage

[Pharmacological action] It is a traditional antipyretic and analgesic with anti-platelet aggregation effect. It has anti-thrombotic properties in the body and can reduce the formation of obstructive thrombosis in surrounding arteries. Inhibit the release response of platelets and the release of endogenous ADP, 5-HT, etc. Therefore, the second phase aggregation of platelets is inhibited, but the first phase aggregation is not inhibited. The mechanism of action is to acetylate the cyclooxygenase of platelets, thereby inhibiting the formation of peroxide in the ring, and also reducing the formation of TXA2. It can also acetylate platelet membrane proteins and inhibit platelet membrane enzymes, which also helps to inhibit platelet function. Since cyclooxygenase is inhibited, it affects the synthesis of PGI2 in the blood vessel wall. Enzymes that can also inhibit the synthesis of platelet TXA2 (such as large doses) will affect the production of TXA2 and PGI2. It is suitable for ischemic heart disease. After coronary artery bypass surgery (PTCA), it can prevent transient cerebral ischemia, stroke and myocardial infarction, and reduce the incidence of arrhythmia.
