With a total investment of 3.42 billion yuan, the project is a key project for Jincheng Petrochemical to develop into the high-end polyether industry chain and high-end polyolefin new materials based on propylene.

It is planned to design three production lines with a single-line production capacity of 300,000 tons. /Year 27.5% of hydrogen peroxide, and each production line is equipped with 150,000 tons/year 50% hydrogen peroxide concentration process, which can produce 450,000 tons/year 50% hydrogen peroxide, 3 240t/h pulverized coal boilers, supporting environmental protection projects , Public works, tank farms, loading and unloading areas, etc.
Labor system and working hours: 141 new labor quotas are added, a three-shift system is implemented, and the annual operation is 8,000 hours.
The hydrogen peroxide device of this project adopts the domestically successful and advanced anthraquinone rare product production technology. The hydrogen, propylene, benzene, and sulfuric acid required are supplied by Qinghe Chemical, and other raw materials are purchased from outside.
The hydrogen required for the hydrogen peroxide production unit and the propylene oxide production unit comes from the Qinghe Chemical's hydrogen pipeline network. Qinghe Chemical's hydrogen production equipment is mainly the 1 million tons/year heavy aromatics hydro-upgrading unit 15,000 Nm3/h hydrogen purification unit that has been built and in operation, and the 60,000 Nm3/h coal hydrogen production unit under construction. The propylene required by the propylene oxide production plant comes from the MZRCC plant.
