Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the "investment plan for major projects in Jiangsu Province in 2020, " a total of 240 major projects in the province, including the implementation of 220 projects, 20 reserve projects. The 220 projects include 117 new projects planned for construction and 103 projects for renewal, with an annual planned investment of 541 billion yuan, an increase of 8 billion yuan over the previous year. There are five specific categories: First, 20 innovation carrier projects will be arranged, with an annual planned investment of 8.7 billion yuan. Second, 130 industrial projects were arranged, with an annual planned investment of 185.1 billion yuan. Among them, there are 70 strategic emerging industry projects, 20 advanced manufacturing projects, 35 modern service industry projects and 5 modern agriculture projects. Third, 13 ecological and environmental protection projects will be arranged, with an annual planned investment of 30.1 billion yuan. Fourth, 10 livelihood projects will be arranged, with an annual planned investment of 95.8 billion yuan. Fifth, 47 infrastructure projects will be arranged, with an annual planned investment of 221.2 billion yuan. The implementation of the project includes five high-end chemical projects, they are: Integration of Lianyungang Shenghong refining and chemical, Lianyungang high-end fine chemicals, such as Dongtong Kun PTA, Lianyungang Silbang propane industry base, Lianyungang Xinhai petrochemical comprehensive utilization of propane. It is worth noting that in order to effectively strengthen work safety, Jiangsu Province has specially added the category of Work Safety and arranged two projects: the Provincial Fire Emergency Rescue Training and support base and the safety and environmental protection emergency rescue facilities at the Lianyungang Petrochemical Base. The reserve projects include: Comprehensive Utilization of Ethane from Lianyungang Satellite Petrochemical Company and Green Plant Protection Agent from Rudong Chemical Company.
