Coal-based 1.2 million tons/year ethylene glycol phase I 400,000 tons/year ethylene glycol start-up project is a coal-based clean fuel base and high-end chemicals in Qingshui Industrial Park of Yushen Industrial Zone by Yuneng Group Company The start-up project of the material base has a planned total area of 1,711 mu, an estimated investment of nearly 6 billion yuan, a construction period of 30 months, and it is planned to be completed and put into operation in June 2022.
The construction content of the project includes coal gasification unit, purification unit, H2/CO separation unit, glycol unit, etc. Public works and supporting auxiliary facilities include: 3×350t/h high temperature and high pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler + 2×30MW pumped-back steam turbine generator set, air separation unit, circulating water station, desalinated water station, storage and transportation facilities, sewage treatment Stand and wait. The coal gasification unit adopts Colin pulverized coal gasification technology, including 2 pulverized coal gasifiers; the glycol unit adopts Zhongke Far East ethylene glycol technology.
