On December 18, Ineos Styrolution announced the groundbreaking ceremony for a new 600,000-ton ABS plant in Ningbo Petrochemical Economic and Technological Development Zone, China. The new plant is expected to be put into use in 2023.
This new project is the first physical project invested and constructed by Ineos Styrolution in China. It is part of the further expansion plan to the Chinese market following the acquisition of Foshan and Ningbo factories.
