The project is invested and constructed by Boda Oriental New Chemical (Jilin) Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 3 billion yuan and an area of 180,000 square meters.
The project adopts the third-generation synthesis technology of polyallyl carbonate (PPC) biodegradable plastics from Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry. This scientific and technological achievement has the international leading level. After industrialization, it has not only found a practical solution for solving the world’s problem of "white pollution" , Also found the best way and method for the effective use of carbon dioxide.
