On January 9, 2021, a fire accident occurred at a chemical plant in Karachi, a port city in southern Pakistan, causing 8 injuries. The injured are currently being sent to a nearby hospital for treatment. There was a big fire at the scene of the incident, and a lot of black smoke came out, which was very scary.
After receiving the alarm, the local police and firefighters rushed to the scene for rescue. It is reported that a few people were trapped in the chemical plant building at the time of the incident. After the firefighters rushed to the scene, they put in 6 fire trucks for rescue work as soon as possible.
Currently, the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
