According to the data of the Russian Federal State Statistics Service, vinyl polymers have the largest increase in output from January to July.

The output of benzene in July fell from 106,000 tons a month ago to 95,300 tons, because several manufacturers plan to suspend production for maintenance. The total output of this product from January to July reached 816,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 4.9%.

The output of caustic soda in July was 89,400 tons, compared with 106,000 tons last month. The reason was that SayanskKhimPlast and RusVinyl stopped production for maintenance. In the first seven months of 2020, the total output of caustic soda was 738,400 tons, a year-on-year decrease of only 0.4%.

A total of 2.113 million tons of mineral fertilizers were produced in July 2020, compared with 2.032 million tons a month ago. The Russian plant's fertilizer output from January to July 2020 was slightly less than 14.5 million tons, an increase of 3.9% year-on-year.

Vinyl polymer production increased from 791,000 tons in June to 838,000 tons last month, mainly due to the higher capacity utilization rate of Zapsib Nefthehim. The total output of vinyl polymers from January to July was 57.4 million tons, an increase of 15.7% year-on-year.
