Recently, Energy Chain Carbon Neutrality Research Center launched the first fuel additive. A test conducted by China Automotive Research Institute shows that after adding this product, the overall improvement rate of fuel pollutant emissions is 27.77%, and the fuel-saving rate reaches 2.17%.
According to the test report, the additives are mixed into the oil at a volume ratio of 1/2000. At eight engine speeds, THC (referring to the total amount of hydrocarbons in the exhaust gas), NOx, CO and other gaseous pollutants The ranks were reduced by -15.06%, -3.75%, and -8.96% respectively, and the overall improvement rate was 27.77%. Under the same conditions, the fuel consumption rate was reduced from 275.61 g/kW·h before the addition to 269.64 g/kW·h, and the fuel saving rate was 2.17%.

The relevant person in charge of the research center said, “This fuel additive has entered the stage of large-scale industrial production. Next, we will open up to the oil industry to provide support and services for companies planning to create their own fuel brand, covering from early planning to late The whole process of promotion allows the industry to enjoy the dividends of technological innovation."
Research Center will open additives to the industry, and will directly promote carbon emission reduction in the transportation industry. The carbon emission reduction effect of additives is mainly reflected in two aspects: one is to increase the mileage and reduce fuel consumption; the other is to reduce exhaust emissions.
Energy Chain Carbon Neutrality Research Center was established in June this year, co-founded by Energy Chain and Beijing Shencai Fanya Technology Co., Ltd. The main research direction of the research center is fuel cleaning synergist and VOC (Volatile Organic Substance) new national standard cleaning agent, both of which belong to the category of fuel additives.
