The announcement stated that Xiangshui Henglida has been in a state of suspension due to the "Xiangshui 3•21 explosion accident". According to the "Jiangsu Province Chemical Industry Safety and Environmental Improvement Improvement Plan", "Xiangshui Ecological Chemical Park Enterprise Exit Compensation Policy" and other relevant document requirements, after assessing the actual status of the factory, Xiangshui Henglida plans to cooperate with Jiangsu Xiangshui Ecological Chemical Park The management committee signed the "Withdrawal Compensation Agreement", and the total compensation cost this time was RMB 395.5 million. Regarding the main reason for the proposed signing of the "Exit Compensation Agreement", the announcement stated that the Xiangshui Ecological Chemical Park is currently closed, and most of the enterprises in the park have signed withdrawal compensation agreements with the park, resulting in subsequent public utilities such as water, electricity, and gas.
