Coal mine safety supervision departments at all levels should strengthen safety supervision in key links and critical periods, take coal mine production organization as the key content of supervision and inspection, and urge coal mines to organize production in a balanced manner. The coal and gas outburst mines, the complex and extremely complex hydrogeological mines, and the rockburst mines shall be the key supervision objects, and the implementation of various systems and measures shall be supervised to ensure that they are in a safe and controlled state.
