Among them, the Φ177.8×12.65mm TP140V TP-CQ special buckle casing with independent intellectual property rights of Tianguan has a downhole depth of 8,950 meters, setting the record for the deepest downhole onshore casing in Asia.
Tashen 5 well is located in the northern part of the Tarim Basin, Xinjiang. It adopts a five-stage well structure. It is a key risk exploration well for the deep deployment of the Tahe Cambrian.
Since the oil reservoirs in the Tahe Oilfield generally present a "beaded" structure like the candied fruit, during the drilling process, not only the risk of leakage in the upper adjacent well formation of the drilling target layer is faced, but also the problem of easy collapse and blocking of the lower adjacent well formation. At the same time, it faces technical problems such as easy collapse of the borehole wall in deep formations and slow mechanical drilling speed. Tashen 5 well is a five-open well depth design. This well uses more than 60% of the skypipe products in the casing, especially the connection between the wellhead and the bottom of the well, and the key parts that have strict requirements on the performance of the steel pipe. Among them, the Φ244.48mm casing is 7628 meters deep, and the Φ177.8mm casing is 8950 meters deep.
