As of September 7, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Natural Gas Purification Plant has processed 10.732 billion cubic meters of natural gas, which is 76.66% of the annual plan, an increase of 982 million cubic meters year-on-year, and a new record high. The processing volume exceeded 10 billion for six consecutive years. Chongqing's economic and social development has contributed to the "purification" force.
As the main unit of conventional natural gas purification production in the Southwest Oil and Gas Field, the annual natural gas processing capacity accounts for about 40% of the natural gas output of the Southwest Oil and Gas Field. Since the beginning of this year, the Natural Gas Purification Plant has conscientiously implemented the strategic deployment of oil and gas companies, insisted on combining party history learning and education with the work of the production and operation center, achieving both correctness and promotion, and continued to strengthen production and operation management to ensure maximum production capacity. The results of learning and education have been transformed into the results of work promotion, and the amount of natural gas processed has maintained a good upward momentum.
In order to ensure the safe, stable and economic operation of the equipment, the plant combines the actual production of the Gaomo area and the eastern Sichuan area, scientifically and rationally decomposes and assigns the production tasks, strengthens the connection with the upstream and downstream, and strives to optimize the raw material gas allocation, fine production operations, and optimize the process flow. Inspection of large installations; strengthen emergency rescue work, make preparations in advance, strengthen cadre duty and emergency duty, prevent unplanned shutdowns, and strive to ensure the smooth completion of annual production tasks.
In view of the situation of partial overhaul and simultaneous overhaul of some devices, high operational risk, long duration, high labor intensity, difficult organization, etc., the factory continued to strengthen the safety management of the overhaul site, strengthened the isolation management of overhaul during production and maintenance during production shutdown, and insisted The leaders of the general plant led a team to stay at the inspection and repair site, earnestly implemented the operation permit management system, strictly implemented the safety measures for hot fire, limited space, and high-altitude operations, and strictly investigated and dealt with illegal operations to ensure that the maintenance process was always under control. The equipment maintenance of Suining Purification Company, Anyue Purification Company, Wanzhou Branch, and the introduced branch were completed 16 days in advance with high quality and high efficiency, increasing the production capacity of 97.6 million cubic meters, laying a solid foundation for the smooth completion of the annual production tasks.
At present, the plant is producing natural gas at full capacity, and is striving to strengthen the organization of production and operation to ensure the smooth completion of the processing of 14 billion natural gas.
