On January 25, 2026, Kangnuo Biotech submitted an application for a main board listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Driven by "AI + synthetic biology"technologies, the company focuses on the R&D, pharmaceutical manufacturing and commercialization of mitochondrial medicine and health products.
Its core technologies center on the fields of mitochondria and NAD+, and it is committed to the scientific research of NAD+ applications in cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, reproductive health, aging and other areas. The company has established a commercial application system covering NAD+ series active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) to NAD+ health consumer products, striving to extend the healthspan of all humans.
In recent years, with the intensification of population aging, anti-aging has emerged as a booming new track, and emerging ingredients acting on cellular energy metabolism and repair pathways such as ergothioneine and NAD+ have attracted widespread attention.
NAD+, or Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (Coenzyme I), is a coenzyme existing in human cells. It is a key molecule for maintaining mitochondrial function and a biological link between aging and various diseases.
At present, Kangnuo Biotech has 20 pharmaceuticals in production, including four core products: ''En'edi® (Coenzyme I for Injection)", "Qianrongmei® (Hyaluronidase for Injection)", "Tianshu® (Kallidinogenase for Injection)"and Sodium Nitroprusside for Injection.
Among them, En'edi® (Coenzyme I for Injection) is the core product of Kangnuo Biotech. As an NAD+ therapeutic drug independently developed in China and the only one approved for marketing both domestically and globally, its successful commercialization has established Kangnuo Biotech's leading position in the global mitochondrial pharmaceutical industry.
