Recently, the National Bureau of Statistics released the national industrial capacity utilization in the second quarter. Among them, the operating rate of chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing was 74.2%, a decrease of 0.7% from the same period last year.


In the second quarter, the national industrial capacity utilization rate was 74.4%, a decrease of 2.0 percentage points from the same period last year and an increase of 7.1 percentage points from the first quarter. In the first half of the year, the national industrial capacity utilization rate was 71.1%, down 5.1 percentage points from the same period last year. Divided into three categories, in the second quarter, the mining industry's capacity utilization rate was 72.1%, a decrease of 2.5 percentage points from the same period last year, and an increase of 5.0 percentage points from the first quarter; the manufacturing capacity utilization rate was 74.8%, a decrease of 2.1% from the same period last year. Percentage points, an increase of 7.6 percentage points from the first quarter; the capacity utilization rate of the power, heat, gas and water production and supply industries was 70.6%, a decrease of 0.2 percentage points from the same period last year and an increase of 2.8 percentage points from the first quarter.


In terms of major industries, in the second quarter, the coal mining and washing industry's capacity utilization rate was 69.6%, the food manufacturing industry was 70.4%, the textile industry was 72.7%, the chemical raw material and chemical products manufacturing industry was 74.2%, and the non-metallic mineral products industry was 74.2%. It is 68.2%, ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry is 78.4%, non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry is 79.2%, general equipment manufacturing is 77.3%, special equipment manufacturing is 77.6%, automobile manufacturing is 74.6%, electrical Machinery and equipment manufacturing accounted for 78.1%, and computer, communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing accounted for 78.4%.
