The completion content: including 50,000t/a epoxy resin plant; 6 storage tanks (3 epoxy resin storage tanks, 1 high salt water storage tank, 1 sodium hydroxide solution storage tank, 1 recovered water storage tank ); construct (reserved position) 1 salt production line on the west side of the original salt factory platform; add 1 ice water machine and 1 chiller in the refrigerating machine room; add 1 cooling water tower on the east side of the existing cooling tower Windmill; and environmental protection project supporting the main device. Among them, a newly added hazardous waste warehouse and BPA storage facilities will be included in the completion of the second batch. It is reported that the second phase of the 50,000-ton/year epoxy resin plant has a total investment of 218 million yuan. The proposed site is located in the plant area of Changchun Chemical (Panjin) Co., Ltd., Liaodong Bay New Area, Panjin. It is expected to start commissioning in May 2021. The construction of this project can not only effectively increase the production of epoxy resin in the new area and extend the petrochemical industry chain in the new area, but also help expand the import and export scale of the new area and increase the level of opening up of the new area.
According to data, Changchun Chemical (Panjin) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary invested and constructed by Taiwan Changchun Group in Panjin in May 2011. The factory is located in Liaodong Bay New Area, Panjin City. It mainly produces high-tech chemical products for electronics and its business scope covers high-tech electronics. Chemicals, air-cooled materials, engineering plastics, adhesives, spandex materials, civil engineering materials, solvents and other products. The main devices in the plant include: 50,000 tons/year epoxy resin device, 80,000 tons/year epichlorohydrin device, 100,000 tons/year chlor-alkali (liquid caustic soda) device, 60,000 tons/year isopropanol device, 1.8 10,000 tons/year lithium battery copper foil project, 12,01 tons/year cement grinding aid project.
