The "Master Plan for the National Modern Coal Chemical Industry Demonstration Zone in Yulin, Shaanxi" clarifies that by 2025, the goal of high-end, terminal, intensive, and green development of the energy and chemical industry will be basically achieved, and Yulin will be built into a national modern coal chemical industry demonstration zone. Become a world-class clean and efficient conversion base for coal resources, occupying an advantageous position in the division of labor and competition in the global and domestic industries.
Comprehensively considering coal resources, water resources and environmental carrying capacity, as well as the requirements of relevant national industrial policies, it is planned that by 2025, the total amount of new coal conversion will be more than 50 million tons, and the new fixed asset investment will be 390 billion yuan.
It is planned that by 2025, Yulin National Modern Coal Chemical Industry Demonstration Zone will form 5 million tons/year of coal-to-liquid products and chemicals (additional 4 million tons/year) and 5 million tons/year of olefins (additional 2.6 million tons/year) 1 million tons/year of coal-to-aromatics, 15 million tons/year of fluidized bed pyrolysis of pulverized coal, and build 1 million tons/year of fine chemicals and special chemicals, 2 million tons/year of degradable plastics , 5 million tons/year coal-based chemical materials, 3 million tons/year coal-based clean oil product structure. High value-added products such as fine chemicals and new chemical materials strive to exceed 30%.
According to reports, the "Master Plan of Yulin National Modern Coal Chemical Industry Demonstration Zone" aims to coordinate the resources of the city and integrate the industrial development foundation and various construction elements of the three major parks of Yuheng Industrial Zone, Yushen Industrial Zone and Jingbian Comprehensive Energy and Chemical Park. Conditions and future development potential, through top-level planning to resolve important issues such as the development positioning, development model, development scale, and development layout of the demonstration zone and the three industrial parks, and clarify the industrial development positioning, development direction, development goals and development paths of the city and key parks. Plan coal, hydropower and other supply guarantee schemes to ensure that the modern coal chemical industry in Yulin achieves high-quality, sustainable, and green development.
This plan will become the overall program for the development of Yulin's modern coal chemical industry, guiding Yulin's modern coal chemical industry to achieve scientific, reasonable, orderly, and high-quality green development.
