Usage
|
It is mainly used in medicine, cosmetics, biochemical research, and other fields.
In bread dough, it is used to promote gluten formation, facilitate fermentation and demolding, and prevent staling. In natural fruit juices, it is used to prevent vitamin C oxidation and the juice from turning brown.
